Welcome to MSASTROACADEMY, which offers ASTROLOGIAL-based educational services under full ownership of “MSASTROLOGY by Madhavi Sharma”. Unless excluded by or incompatible with the topic or context, “MSASTROACADEMY” shall be deemed to include its affiliates, successors, agents, and assigns (hereinafter referred to as Service Provider). MSASTROACADEMY encompasses any software, web platform, blog, social media account, or Website Service Provider occasionally developed for use in connection with educational services only. All payments for MSASTROACADEMY-related services must be made into a bank account named “MSASTROLOGY OR MSASTROACADEMY.”
MSASTROACADEMY will not refund the entire fee to any member who has decided they no longer want to use MSASTROACADEMY under any circumstances. In addition, any subscription used or not used by a member for any other reason cannot be refunded fully or in part.
You won’t ask any other member you meet on this site for money or financial support. Any attempt to do so could lead to disclosing your information to defence counsel, attorneys, the police, or other governmental or judicial entities for an investigation.
The various services provided by MSASTROACADEMY must be paid in full in advance. You agree to be bound by these payment terms & refund policy, also known as the Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy, by using our services and paying MSASTROACADEMY on the Website. Please carefully review the Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy. This Payment Cancellation and Refund Policy will be applied to all payments.
Users cannot request a partial or full refund for other reasons when they wish to cancel their subscription. Please read the terms of our refund policy in its entirety below. When you register for an account with MSASTROACADEMY, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include our refund policy.
Our Terms and Conditions Agreement includes the applicable rules and instructions for using our Website- MSASTROACADEMY.com. 1 Acceptance of this Payment Policy
The terms of use for creating a payment to obtain membership service on this Website are spelt out in this Payment Policy, a legally binding electronic contract. This payment policy may be changed at any time by the service provider. Any such changes will take effect at the Service Provider’s discretion. You agree to all of the terms, conditions, and notices in this payment cancellation and refund policy by using MSASTROACADEMY.com and making a payment there.
2 Termination of Agreement Without Refund
Anyone found using the MSASTROACADEMY website for copyright temperaments will be immediately and permanently banned, and your IP address will also be blocked.
It would be best to speak respectfully and formally with a mentor, tutor, teacher, lecturer or other members. Any rude, offensive, filthy, disgusting, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate messages will result in a permanent ban without a refund.
Staff abuse is unacceptable in any way, shape, or form and will result in a permanent ban with no refund.
Please be aware that ALL members of MSASTROACADEMY—free or paid—must abide by the guidelines outlined in these terms and conditions. If you don’t, you risk getting banned without a refund.
You cannot make multiple user accounts for yourself or any other relative/friend of yours. This will result in a permanent ban with no refund right away.
3 Refund of the Amount Paid
At MSASTROACADEMY.com, all membership purchases are considered final under all circumstances. No membership fees will be refunded or cancelled by the service provider. Membership and a profile go hand in hand. When a profile is deleted from our database or terminated, membership ceases to exist and cannot be reactivated. If your profile is deleted, deactivated, or terminated, no refunds will be given. Any exceptions to the refund policy will only be made at MSASTROACADEMY’s sole discretion.
The cash for unused months will only be adjusted by the MSASTROACADEMY management if a user upgrades to a better package (s). If you upgrade during the membership plan’s final month, there won’t be a refund. If there are any refunds, they will be issued in Indian Rupees and will be processed within three weeks.
4 Cancellation Policy
If you decide to Terminate or Cancel your subscription, the SUBSCRIPTION FEES you have already paid are not refundable under any circumstances, either Fully or in Parts. ADJUSTED TO ANY OTHER SERVICE OR ANOTHER APPLICANT. Your MSASTROACADEMY membership is only for your personal use. You acknowledge that you won’t permit anyone else to use your membership and won’t give away or transfer your account to anyone else.
When you decide that you are no longer interested in being a member of MSASTROACADEMY, it is YOUR responsibility to CANCEL your membership. Members who don’t comply will be considered active members of MSASTROACADEMY.
Before the paid Membership’s term expiration, we automatically renew all paid Memberships. You consent to the automatic renewal feature being used on your account. When you first sign up for your paid Membership, you agree that it will automatically renew when it expires for the same period and at the same price. Any paid package’s maximum duration is 12 (Twelve) months. Every MSASTROACADEMY paid package must be renewed after its post-expiration period, which varies depending on the package. You must cancel your paid membership if you do not want it to renew automatically. If you must mail a cancellation request, send it to [support@msastroacademy.com].
