1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use Agreement
Registering with msastroacademy (a part of msastrology by Mrs madhavi Sharma) indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. This will be considered your confirmation of acknowledging and accepting the terms and conditions that apply to you. You will be defined automatically under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act 2000. The following terms and conditions represent the Agreement between msastroacademy and the user. 2. Eligibility
a) Registering as a Msastroacademy Member or using this Site or app is no age limit.
b) If msastroacademy believes or has reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or have made any misrepresentation, msastroacademy reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service without refunding any of your unutilized subscription fees.
d) By using this Platform, you represent and permit that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, such as your user id, password, OTP, and so on, confidential and for restricting access to your computer/mobile to prevent unauthorized access to your account. All activities that are undergoing your account are solely your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your account and any other security breach and to log out of your account at the end of each session. As a company, we do not request passwords, and you are advised not to share your password with anyone. You agree to accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account.
4. Term and Termination
a) This Agreement will remain in effect, valid, and binding if you use our Website, apps, or any other medium representing msastroacademy or any link containing msastroacademy prefix or suffix.
b) msastroacademy may terminate your access to the Website and/or your membership during the course or after the course if msastroacademy or its management team feels the breach of the terms of Service, commercial use of the Service, or engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity in the groups associated msastroacademy or msastrology either in website participation or app-based participation or social media groups but not limited to whatsapp groups Instagram facebook either run by msastroacademy or its students, by sending a notice to you at the email address you provided in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to msastroacademy. If msastroacademy terminates your membership due to a breach of the terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund of any Subscription fees you have paid. And termination comes with immediate effect.
c) You may cancel your membership anytime and for any reason by contacting msastroacademy. If you cancel your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused subscription fees paid by you unless otherwise guaranteed in writing.
d) Certain provisions of this Agreement, including pointers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, shall remain in effect even after termination.
e) The term of the paid membership would be determined by the type of membership chosen.
f) If the Company ceases operations, you will be refunded 50% of your unused membership fees.

6. Non-Commercial Use of Members
The Site is for individual members' educational purposes to learn about astrology and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. This includes providing links to other websites, whether they are considered competitive to msastroacademy. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses are permitted to become msastroacademy members after the competent authorities' approval. However, they are not allowed to use the msastroacademy Service or Site in any way. Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Site, including unauthorised framing of or linking to the Site, will be investigated, and appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress, will be taken.
7. Confidentiality
Any feedback you provide to Msastroacademy is considered non-confidential. Msastroacademy shall be free to use such feedback/information indefinitely. In addition, by submitting the feedback, you permit these points:
(i) Your feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information about yourself or third parties
(ii) Msastroacademy member is not under any express or implied obligation of confidentiality concerning the feedback
(iii) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement from Msastroacademy under any circumstances.
8. Copyright Policy
All the videos, writeup and discussions displayed on this website are the property of the owner Mrs Madhavi Sharma (MSASTROLOGY.com). Before posting, distributing, or reproducing any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information, you must obtain the written consent of the owner of any proprietary rights.
9. Disputes between Members
a) Msastroacademy Members are solely responsible for communicating with prospects (via any medium). Msastroacademy expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any monetary transaction(s), exchange(s), interaction(s), or passing of information(s), etc., between any Msastroacademy members via email, chat, interaction, Whatsapp, or any other medium of communication between Msastroacademy members using the Website/App or otherwise.
b) Msastroacademy is not obligated to monitor any such disputes that may arise between Msastroacademy members, and Msastroacademy shall not be a party to any such dispute/litigation, etc.
c) Msastroacademy is not a broker or agent for any Msastroacademy member, nor does it participate in the exchange of any discussion between Msastroacademy members and prospects or the results of their discussion.
10. Disclaimer
a) Your use of the Msastroacademy Services or any content is at your own risk. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WITHOUT LIMITING THE PRECEDING, DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
